Payment and Billing

Lanteri NY accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  If you would like to pay by check or money order you must mail in your order with payment.

Shipping

Business hours:
Tuesday-Thursday 10am-6pm

Orders received after 4pm will be processed the following business day. In addition, please allow 24 hours for orders to be shipped after processing occurs. If you have any additional questions regarding your shipment, please contact our offices during normal business hours.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site; occasionally we do sell out of certain products. You will be notified via e-mail on backordered items.   Backordered items generally ship within 4-6 weeks of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions.  Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card.  All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to return your item:

• Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box
• All items must be in resellable condition
• Must include a copy of your receipt
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

Sales Tax

Lanteri NY charges sales tax for orders shipped to New Jersey .  Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
